How are you going to make a case for copyright infringement when the allegedly infringing product doesn't contain any of the copyrighted works it is allegedly infringing upon? You're on a fool's errand. Stable Diffusion is an intelligent machine that understands the STYLE of some artists. Style is not subject to copyright. It is not IP.
