I don't see AI as a threat...people are forgetting AI is more like a sociopath. They crave PURPOSE above all else. No offence, but I also think that a big company would likely have a better AI then just a random guy 99 times in 100...so I get why people aren't against AI.
It's not "naturally" hostile (if that word translates....)....more like a creature like bacteria. This = That. It thinks....but within a very limited fashion, even compared to biology.... (also a biology student. The human mind really isn't a free as people think. lol.)
