@Quiczormy second childhood therapist who also functioned as a family dynamics therapist used to fall asleep on me and my mom, moreso my mom because she didn't bother to wake her up.
Small things like that, as well as the state of nearly every single therapist that I've come across that's covered by my state insurance, and the ridiculous prices of therapists that aren't, are why when I have a problem, I turn to AI more and more.
I still have a psychiatrist, obviously, but AI and self help books/watching videos meant for college classes to teach future therapists is... Probably all I will ever do, unless I need electro convulsive or transcranial magnetic therapies.
