in easy explanation: Machines don't have enough data to recognize minority race, and THATS A FACT whatever you want to believe or not, and the few data that is there... well you know... even minorities in prestige job positions are criminal, women are canceled automatic and I strongly believe, older people are also discriminated.
I also strongly believe, people don't intend to be racist... but the lack of programmers is provoking this situation (the majority is white male ALSO A FACT), so I encourage everyone to be a programmer and be part of the solution! Coding is fun!
