Meh. Having a human voice like that wasn’t really a job to begin with for the pre-recorded messages. It was just put onto some random employee with a nice voice desk as a “special project” for a pat on the back anyway.
We aren’t at the point where they are good enough to replace a human component.
Source: worked for a bank that’s more a tech company than a bank for over a decade. Was using Ai for multiple systems before 2020.
An Ai would not be able to articulate some detailed answers to questions just about a credit card bill. There’s too much nuance. Even with LLM.
