@heraldo623 *_"central authority"_* AI will do 'planning' orders of magnitude better than any human central authority in the same way human pilots no longer look out the window to determine altitude, or navigate thanks to Doppler radar & inertial navigation systems. Perhaps a better term for the UBI might be "Freedom Divided" as coined by Presidential Candidate Andrew Yang during his 2020 run.
