P.S. The people who create those regulatory frameworks have no idea how AI works, and they also have no idea that artificial intelligence is nothing but such an ill-defined concept that was settled a decade-ish ago to attract stakeholders, so according to the act that applied this term quite offensively, you should also have regulations for ordinary statistics-based decision making from old school as well since they use similar math and algorithms with similar input data, but yeah, I don't see capacity from those guys working on that to actually understand what it is going on nor the will but punishing innovation in the name of that vague "people first" slogan.
