@xjakanton2576 I don't believe AI is going to make real artists obsolete anytime soon by killing the passion for the medium, just like photography didn't kill it either.
From what I understand, those that purely rely on prompts to create art end up making low quality content. I'm talking extra fingers, limb mutations, distorted eyes etc, and from what I've _seen,_ those that adjust the other settings and use inpainting are the ones that are able to generate art that is indistinguishable from normal art. It's ironic that there's actually an art to getting these tools to produce what you want without any errors as like I've mentioned, the text prompt is just the beginning step in the process.
I don't inherently believe that AI is replacing the user. I do recognise that big media companies are trying to cut costs by looking to replace people with AI tools. On the flip side, I've seen an established artist train AI tools using their own art in order to make the creation process a bit easier
