@CommanderRedEXE ok, wow, this is the first time i have been called a socialist, first, im not, i didnt really mean the product of capitalism line in a bad way, i think its a good motivator for improving art since your ass is literally on the line if you fail lol. but i also dont see any other environment people would be making those shitty drawings. i think its a problem of perspective, i dont see people that price those stills at 20 bucks, i see maybe 10 or 15 at most, people that might price their art higher as far as ive seen dont need to make those stills since they already have enough of a following. i also guess i should specify i agree i dont really like those stills nor do i buy them, i think because of social media art has become way more of a bloated industry, i find 80% of whats called art these days to be shit, i dont even consider my own art good enough to be posted online or even dare to be sold. my value system for art hinges on the emotion i feel from the piece, thats how i rank my good art, then theres stuff that looks cool, with interesting composition and tedious though put behind every stroke, that stuff is good as well in its own way, then there's a bunch of layers ranging from mediocre art to bad art that have their own criteria. ai doesn't class as any of these for me, getting emotion from it is just a write off become nobody put any emotion into it, therefore its not there, theres nothing human about it so to me its useless, and artists in general make better looking art, i don't consider ai art to be art. which is why i consider those shitty drawings made as cash grabs to be the Mona Lisa in comparison, it might be bad but its at least art.
