No it actually wouldn't be, because it doesn't understand the details of these cases. It can't.
There's also serious ethical discussions about using AI for this given its inability to correct for one. The idea it will legally pass is pretty goddamn iffy. Lawyers study for years to be able to do this job and the idea you think an AI can be programmed to do it that easily is pretty pie in the sky thinking.
