florianschneider3982 I said nothing about banning learning but artists protecting their work posted to the internet is a good idea. You cannot stop anyone from using AI for any non-commercial use. I'm in favor of any law that would protect the artists work for commercial use The problem is enforcing that. Say a company has their own trained AI. And you claim its using your work, company does not disclose their AI information due to it being company secrets. You would need significant proof to make a case like that go to discovering and give you access to their AI's source material, and of course you could be wrong. All it takes is a company to hire an artist to make some drawings in a style that closely resembles your own in order for them to copyright that work and put it into their own AI.
