@aev6075 also, more specifically. A person who uses these models, is not an artist. because unlike a person building a collage book who actually does real work and places things themselves. They are no different than if you had a Robot and told it to create a collage book containing x-y-x characters. No, you don't get to pretend like you did the work just because you told the AI to do something. you don't get to pretend like you have any creative input here. you didn't. period.
A person who calls themself and "ai artist" is the biggest joke in the world because they simply aren't an artist by any stretch of the definition of that word. they are a delegator at best.
If you worked at a company like Blizzard and you had a jackass come to you every day and tell you to draw him an image of Jinx. Is He the artist? does he get to declare himself an artist? does he get to put his name on the promo art? NO!
You are that Jackass when you tell AI to do anything.
