I'm not saying *I* deserve respect for using an AI art generator. I'm no more making that art than I would be by commissioning art from a human.
IMO, the AI artist isn't the *person using the AI,* the AI artist *is the art generator.*
The best AI artists aren't yet better than the best human artists, but they're better than most, and they're still improving.
