@ZerotagsCapitalism itself is a good model, and provides the most freedom to every side. The issue here, is a lack of power balance. The high percentage of people who put themselves in a bad financial position lose their power to walk away from a bad employer. Employers who have desperate employees, can take advantage of them. Strong and stable employees can stand up for themselves. Everyone has financed themselves into desperation and have become weak.
