By that logic a dirty toilet can be art because it evokes a reaction. The artist INTENTIONALLY uses their medium, concept, art theory, and creativity to evoke a reaction from their audience. That’s literally the purpose of art. It says something ON PURPOSE, and artists often obsessively decide what does and does not belong in their work. It’s a symbiotic relationship between the viewer and the artist. You can’t have one without the other. AI “art” is post-hoc justification at best.
