chatgpt doesn't work like the video implies it does, the training part is only for pattern training, it doesn't memorize your full conversation to blurt it out somewhere else, it anonymizes and aggregates your data for the future models, if you turn off the option it just uses it's own data, it doesn't sneakily steal your infos. But even with the option on it's not as big of a deal, it just analyses the language pattern to learn how to chat, because you know, it's a chatbot
