And how is that different from asking someone with a good memory to tell you about an article or book?. What happens when they quote part of or all of it verbatim. Are they now also guilty of copyright infringement? Remember the person and the AI itself are not making money off of it. And if say a third party charged someone to ask that person about said article/book and was also the one that gave it to them years ago are part of teaching them about that thing are they guilty of copyright infringement because that person repeated parts verbatim? Becayse that is what the AI companies are doing to make money. Can you see where the problem is now.
