As it becomes even more inaccessible and near-impossible to purse further medical education without having to take out student loans, pray for scholarships and enough Fafsa, or just being able to have enough time to eat, sleep, and do homework all while juggling a full time job or children I think AI might just overtake human-driven observations and data collection in some aspects unfortunately
