@roxsy470 1. „Extracting data” is not one single action from a legal stand point, and the way the data was extracted, and the source of the data changes the nature of the act of extracting data.
2. Your comparison is irrelevant, because you are a human with emotions and rights, and not a mindless algorithm. Also, there is not much evidence that any nervous system works like a computer.
