⁠@Simboissça analyse des mots clés que tu utilises ( par exemple quand tu utilise ravi , merci , bien sûr je vais vous aider avec cela ) c’est considéré comme des mots positifs et donc ton score augmente. Pareil pour les mots ou expressions négatives ( malheureusement, je ne peux pas faire ça , nous somme désolés ….) En suite ça analyse aussi le ton de ta voix ( est ce que tu parais excité , nonchalant, triste , fatigué etc…) et ça attribue un score. Ça regardais aussi à quel point le score du client change au cours de l’appel . C’est à dire que lorsque tu décroches l’Appel , le client peut sembler en colère mais à la fin de l’appel il semble satisfait du coup on l’attribue à tes performances et tu obtiens un score élevé et inversement….. La technologie s’appelle Natural Langage processing (NLP) et il a des applications dans bcp de domaines
