@AAAngellStudiosOfficialCHANNEL The irony in your response is golden, Because if you're an artist and you're using the terminology portrait, you either know that that's a orientation style, artists specifically of people, and I find it hilarious that you would consider if an AI tool was able to produce a "portrait" of an individual say like at an amusement park, whether it's digital or if it uses external digits cuz they have 3D printers now that can draw utilizing artificial intelligence that can create images. You have stylistic choices, You have technique, One can argue that those things are unique to each individual artist, mainly because they're human and they make mistakes, but those mistakes are imprinted into the design of the piece. That might be where AI art comes into uncanny valley. If it really wanted to. It's not going to make mistakes unless there's a human error with the configuration. Drawing someone's face does not take imagination, engineering or creativity. It takes precision, attention to detail, and patience. If I gave an AI prompt a stylistic choice that is not copyrightable, of a scene that doesn't exist (which I've done in the past) make edits and tweaks internally to the output of the AI base, the output is of my creation, the AI was used as a tool for the process. I don't see any of you all coming out here with torches and pitchforks for photographers when the pictures that they take are digital representations of the real life world. It's not even light-based like it used to be. Either learn to use the AI tool and be ahead of the curve or go extinct but stop getting in the way because it's annoying and you're going to lose. It's not stealing anything. AI doesn't have intent. (Not yet anyway.)
