It won't do the first either.
Just ask it to write a dual needle stopwatch class you can use to benchmark your code and you'll see what I mean.
Then there's the copyright problem, because given that copyright lasts 95 years, there's no code out there that could have safely been used to train those AI's, without the guarantees that the AI is just reproducing it's training data.
