It's fine to be sick and scared but not for prolonged time. Hardship makes strong men and women. Your body is fine for correctly consider narcissistic behaviour a foreign object and should be fought away, same with being scared to make yourself cautious. But arm yourself and breakthrough the curtain. Great artists also face similar difficulties before they are acknowledged. When it was Leonardo's time, it was him considered as bastard child. When it was Van Gogh, he was bullied by a kid with a gun into insanity. When it was Michelangelo, it was unreasonable patrons. Like people who drawn digital since 90s, they were shamed for "using a tool", but look at them now. Consider it a rite of passage, not a one done challenge.
