@Diogo85 Of course it was made to help, but unfortunately that's the way with lots of technology: someone develops something cool, then the military get hold of it and turn it into a weapon of mass destruction. We're in the early stages of AI, but isn't it obvious that it's going to run away with itself if we don't find ways to control it? Just because people "like " using such tools, which are only tools for the moment, doesn't mean they won't become a serious problem in the near future. There's already the probability (though this needs confirming) that massive job losses will occur because of it; no worries, if we bring in universal incomes, but big worries if we don't. Will it create more jobs than it costs? I doubt it. Drones are great for aerial displays, but are also a fearsome weapon that will never have empathy for a child soldier. They will save lives in mountain rescues, but how many will they cost in wars? It's all about regulation and deciding how we use a technology, not what it can do... although once we arrive at a stage where AI no longer needs us, it can become a danger in itself and and so we must ask ourselves if it's worth the risk to find out!
