No that's just being a comissioner or art director. Imagine writing Michaelangelo a letter asking him to paint you something from your own description. The art arrives and then you go and brag that this is your own art and you are an artist. It's laughable.
You mentioning fill bucket or undo is just bad faith. Pencil drawing can be erased so isn't that undo? Some other painting techniques can be painted over and corrected, so what? The only thing it makes easier is regarding some physical/technical constrainsts but it doesn't paint for you and it doesn't make your painting a masterpiece just because you undo a mistake.
It's utterly ridicuouls to use that to compare it to a thing that paints for you, makes every stroke for you, colors for you, shades for you etc... You're acting as if pressing ctrl+z makes you shit out a mona lisa when thats absolutely not the case. And on top of that, it's not about how easy or hard it is, that is not what defines art it's about how much input and thoughts you have over the creative process, which with AI prompting it's bordering with none. Telling it what to do is called comissioning.
