@juho1882 because copyright doesn't govern "learning" period, that opens the door to a weird can of worms even if you made that distinction. Also good luck arguing in court, and good luck having the laws written in a meaningful way that doesn't screw everyone over.
Fundamentally any attempt to attack AI on the grounds of IP is going to bite artists in the ass.
There have already been attempts to undermine fair use / transformative art.
