To answer your first question, no I don’t listen to AI music, I don’t watch AI movies, and I don’t read AI books, but I do argue with AI most of the time, maybe not these days, these days I just use it to learn/study ideas, or whatever problem I have, but in short I don’t do those stuff because, it lacks consistency and flow, although, I may read AI books tho, hopefully one that’s actually good, the books maybe interesting. But with movies they are just too inconsistent for me.
Secondly I never compared AI to some other tools, it may well be true that there are better tools than AI, and one can choose which tools they would like to use for themselves. I just think we are way too early into AI, this is like 4.2 billions ago on evolution, AI will have divert, different AIs, completely unimaginable AI have to join the picture, maybe 100s thousands of years? It doesn’t matter, the only thing that matters is, we are partaking in machines evolution.
