Legal precedent already says that if you trick a monkey into taking a picture, you hold the copyright to the photo -- not the monkey.
@KunaTuna Regarding 'Tools', you can most definitely win a non-AI human-only photography ART contest by taking a photo with an iPhone and an iPhone is definitely going to be making that photo extra pretty without your thoughts, processes, or creativity.
