What blows my mind (and I have been using MJ just on a personal basis, not commercially) is that these consumer released models like Midjourney actually allow contemporary artists names to be used in prompts. The hubris and callousness of this is just astounding to me. I have refused to do this myself, but every day thousands and thousands of contemporary artists' names are being used in prompts. This should stop immediately!!!!!!!!!! Pass this along to your connections in the industry. No need to wait for the regulation which will be coming hopefully.
