I don't think he's saying that there will be a 1-to-1 replacement for job AI might kick out. But mass disruptions to job market isn't a forgien thing, nor will AI suddenly kick everyone out of the labor all at once. We will have time to promote economic policies and build labor for the demand of the time. It's something we should be doing now since it's already causing job loss.
