With all due respect, you're talking about 2025 AI. I think the guy said that true intelligence that supasses humans will be in about 20 years. It learns things exactly the same way as humans learn. We are shown (taught) what things are and we remember them. The same as AI. The big difference is that every new born human has to start from scratch, whereas AI just continues.
