How do you imagine an AI guiding your technique when exercising? Scanning the movement while you train? The muscle building doesnt work that way. The muscle has to be felt in order to stimulate growth, not just look like its working.
Also, the coach often has to massage or pulpate the muscle to help its recovery, or improve mind-muscle connection.
So unless it's a robot with hands, that have a million touch, pressure etc. censors, it would be really hard to simulate that.
