Writing a book using AI isn't nearly that easy. The thing with AI is that it will have no overarching plot, forget all the earlier scenes/characters and so forth. Hell, most AI is lucky to even keep up with the state of the scene. If a character is bound and gagged, they'll start randomly talking or walking around. Yes, you can get it to write sentences. You can even get it to write sentences that sound a lot like your favorite author, but it won't write a whole story. Because it has no real planning of plot arcs, character development and so forth. It's a fancy autocomplete.
