he claimed that AI violated intellectual property law. I.e. if you ask a LLM to make a song it might copy enough of existing songs to technically fall short of being fair use, and thus the IP owner is denied his fee for the AI song.
In other words, nothing anyone cares about. Oh my God Sony music group didn't get 2 cents when ChapGPT made a song that 2 people listened to, oh the humanity.
Meanwhile the technology exist to trick people into thinking they're talking to a person when they're actually talking to the GPT bot programmed to reiterate government viewpoints.
