Exactly. I've seen a guy say something like "I had the idea for the song so I put in the prompt so it's my work" - like... making a song (or other work of art) isn't just about having an idea. That's just the start. That's just 1% of it. How you make that idea into a reality includes hundreds even thousands more decisions, each one with its own artistic intention behind it. And of course, it takes years of work to develop the skills to make an idea come to life. They just want to skip all of that and pretend like they're making art. It's just crazy to me that people are that delusional. This wouldn't bother me if it was just people playing around with what AI can do. But uploading your AI music to Spotify? Putting your AI paintings into art galleries? That's crazy to me. Just absolutely crazy.
