@charlesdarnell7433 have you heard of Facebook's Cambridge Analytica scandal? cross-site cookie and location tracking? NSA's unconstitutional PRISM surveillance program? while most aren't necessarily biometric data, US companies *have* started to collect that too(e.g. Worldcoin goes around collecting retinal scans from developing countries in the name of "privacy" and "human centered crypto". Google has done similar things to improve their camera app by going to low-income neighborhoods to photograph black and brown folks, in the name of improving their AI). 23andme, known for providing DNA home-testing kits, sells your information to large pharmaceutical companies. I'm not sure what "proof" you're looking for, but I'd be happy to elaborate if this isn't enough
