Yeah just a single prompt image is mostly nothing but a cool looking image. But the same goes for what a lot of artists often make. Not every drawing has a story behind it. Landscape paintings are cool but they aren't art unless the painter does something special on top of it. Similarly you can create true art using ai by adding human creativity and meaning to it. Maybe you use it as a base or you use something like dall e to generate it in parts and create a scene. Even being very specific with a single prompt can make it art so long as you have purpose for the end result. The importance lies in what the person using the tool is doing. Whether that tool is a generator or a simple crayon doesn't matter
