If I'm driving a car that says it has Autopilot or self driving, I'm not thinking those terms mean my full attention is required. Yes, driver has some responsibility to be skeptical and pay attention, but the waters are really muddy here. Tesla wants all the benefit of marketing their cars as futuristic auto driving cars, but none of the responsibility for making them actually perform that way. This isn't the type of marketing that you can just put an asterisk next to and provide the truth of the matter in small print, hidden away.
At best, this sounds like "assisted driving" rather than "Autopilot".
