Actually, after breaking back into industry after being unemployed last year, I can honestly say your second theory is closer to the mark. NVidia, Google, Meta, even Intel all use each other's toolsets, hardware, etc. All of that AI money, never leaves the AI system. It just runs in a circle between the exact same suppliers to the exact same customers who in turn supply the suppliers as well. It is a massive circular financed scam funded by the WEF in order to bring about the Great Reset IMO.
