@shiennee_ AI bots do not "steal" other people's art they just look at it and learn from it the same way that humans do, the difference is that the AI is superior. Don't believe me? do some research on how diffusion works by denoising images. The hilarious thing is even if it wasn't using artwork it would still eventually be able to make the same stuff. Just look at how good it is able to generate actual images that no one person drew or painted. Any artist that is bitching and moaning about this instead of embracing and integrating this amazing new technology as a tool is just being silly like the artists who bitched and moaned about photography and cinema replacing traditional art and theatre. Art belongs to the people and now everyone regardless of skill or ability will be able to participate whether you like it or not.
