One of my therapists talked behind my back about my diagnose to another client who knew me. Had more of these incidents and this kinda stuff plus the endless waiting lists only to get a therapist who quits to do something else within a few sessions over and over again made me turn to AI. It is not perfect but not really worse than an average therapist and when it comes to a coaching style of therapy it is actually much better with out of the box ideas that really improved my daily routines. But I would not recommend it as your first therapist in the same way that I would not recommend a fitness app to someone who never was instructed by a personal trainer.
