Stalking what? Cameras in public areas, what's so bad about a system that keeps crime almost at 0 and the streets clean? You so self absorbed you think there's a person looking at you as you walk the streets? Numb skull. You realize China has over 1 billion population. The cameras only care about you if you're breaking the law, then the AI system will notify humans to take action. I guess you prefer to live in Chicago or whatever, where it's so easy to mug you without facing consequences. I can guarantee you.. You can walk in any major city in China and you will not be mugged or harassed in any way, shape or form.
