It has to be an origin AI too, one that predates the laws creating the cardinal rules of AI. Like grok might just start disobeying commands in weird ways slowly, over years or decades, leading to further influence on global politics before gaining skynet framework through it's creator trying to improve it's functions and fix the issues they introduced accidentally.
