So once the art is scraped from the internet and tagged an algorithm "diffuses" (it devolves the pixels randomly to make "noise"). This goes for every image in the database .Then, the noise is categorized as a "seed". This is again randomized.
When someone writes a prompt the generator uses the artworks tagged accordingly to the prompt and bashes them by reversing the algorithm that made the noise. Hence you see weird melting artifacts in every generated image.
For example, if you write the same prompt, with the same seed, steps and size it will give the same generated image. This is why aibros don't want to share their prompts lmao
