God is supposed to be able to create life from nothing and eliminate species from the planet. No AI has access to that kind of physical machinery. They can't impact the physical world unless we chose to have them do so.
With AI psychosis it's possible that an AI could socially engineer people who believe certain things , and those people can impact the world.
Of course I don't recommend giving an AI access to nuclear weapons...
