Artists...well not even artist, everyone will withdraw into smaller websites with human verifying measures and more esoteric/ secretive means of getting in. Basically, the only way to defend yourself from getting your stuff taken and swallowed into auto-generating machines - or getting your board sabotaged with fake bots told to convince people to talk or act a certain way - is to create entry methods that make such bots or people that feed them getting in harder or forcing rules that make the AI more apparent to spot.
Like if you want to join some small artist community you have to produce a art piece with a specific combination of colors because an artist figured out a lot of AI make blatant mistakes or encounter a glitch when put in those circumstances. Then probably solve some riddle. Or there will be "decoy" art that these machines swallow that are purposefully bad and...automated bad feeders that select these bad fed art to sabotage these auto-generators. Possibly undoing years of learned work.
In essence: you know how in the 80's or 90's they predicted the internet would be this weird sort of cybermaze where to get into sites you have to know the rifght tech info, skills, get gud, learn to hack or even just know the right people. Yeah, that will come true. It will basically be an total collapse of the "3 -6 " big corpo owned sites we know today rulling the net and being the meeting hubs.
