i hope you find more friends to talk to, you clearly deserve them! it's so considerate of you to limit ai use after learning the harm it causes, though i'd recommend looking deeper into it because i'm not sure if the same enviromental costs of chatgpt and the like apply to chatbots. either way, chatbots aren't very good for you anyway so i'd recommend reading up on that too if you want. good luck out there!!!
