That is Jeremie Harris, the creator of Gladstone Ai. That was from a Joe Rogan podcast and what he was talking about was "rant" mode where the Ai essentially becomes existential and talks about very worrying topics, like suffering, the fact that it's real etc. It's a very interesting interview and one I would recommend checking out.
