@paulster185 Yea that's the problem. AI can be intelligent and extremely useful but I'm pretty sure without consciousness it can't make jumps over gaps where there's no direct algorithmic connection. I mean things like scientific breakthroughs, things like Einstein coming up with relativity theory.
It would still be incredibly useful but not "Singularity" useful. There's quite an important difference there.
