I mean, not everyone has talent. A person might just like to have an image of an idea in his mind, just look at ai created images as a useful tool. For your second point I’m actually not convinced, the ai gives you many options that can have even more variations to reflect what you have in mind; from what you wrote it seems you just have one option you can’t control.
Personally as a person with 0 talent in drawing I really like it
